请教钱律师工作经验的问题（目前分数不够是否按照9月份新政策送申请）
<p>您好，我有个工作经验的问题请指教</p><p>我打算年底考雅思，到明年四月工作经验三年，雅思必须考两个7。</p><p>我想请问，如果我雅思成绩出来(两个7)，就递表，那就不到三年工作经验，但在后面通知我补材料的时候，我应该肯定满三年了，这种做法可行吗?</p><p>如果我雅思成绩出来(1个7)，就递表，那可能到补料时候只有65，但因为现在移民一般最少要一年半以上，我是否有可能满四年的时候啊（满67）重新update一下？网上听人说可以这么做。</p><p>谢谢</p><p>您的这个问题是在9月1日新政策以后，所出现的典型问题。我将仔细地将答复告诉读者。</p><p>首先，在送申请时，您的总分必须达到67分。这是法定的，无法改变的（请参考本论坛的《有趣的讨论，沉痛的教训》一文）。如果您雅思成绩出来(1个7)，立即就递表，那可能到补料时候只有65。那么，移民官在补材料之前，一看您的材料，就不会再通知您补材料了。您的申请是会立即被拒绝的。</p><p>所以，唯一的解决问题的办法是，在递交申请前，先作必要的技术处理。要保证您的申请，在递交申请的时候，绝对能达到67分。</p><p>我们最近有一个客户，他在9月1日以后递交的申请。但是，没有达到67分。我对他的建议是，将他的申请立即撤出（当然也要求退还已交的申请费）。我们在技术上替他处理完后，再立即递交第二遍申请。</p><p>所以，没有达到67分者，是无论如何都不可以试试自己的运气的。弄不好，也会在等待两、三年之后，来一个“沉痛的教训”。</p><p>具体的技术处理细节，是我们需要根据没一个人的具体情况，设计出一个方案的。但是，有一点是确定的：一定是合法的，不能做任何的假的。你有需要的话，可以与我们的北京办公室联系。</p><p></p>

Specialist Physicians
This unit group includes specialist physicians in clinical medicine, in laboratory medicine and in surgery. Specialists in clinical medicine diagnose and treat diseases and physiological or psychiatric disorders and act as consultants to other physicians. Specialists in laboratory medicine study the nature, cause and development of diseases in humans. Specialists in surgery perform and supervise surgical procedures. Specialists in clinical medicine usually work in private practice or in a hospital while those in laboratory medicine and in surgery usually work in hospitals. Residents in training to become specialist physicians are included in this unit group.

Main duties
Specialists in clinical medicine perform some or all of the following duties:
* Diagnose and treat diseases and physiological or psychiatric disorders
* Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
* Prescribe medication and treatment and refer patients for surgery
* Act as consultants to other physicians
* May conduct medical research. 移民要求条件并不一定要符合就职条件，打个比方，化学工程师，NOC列它的就职条件也要有当地证书和执照，但有多少个国内的人有呢？电子工程师、机械工程师、教师等许多职业也是一样，申请时谁有当地执照呢？这些职业都不能移民吗？

* A master's degree or doctorate in a related engineering discipline may be required.
* Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
* Engineers are eligible for registration following graduation from an accredited educational program, and after three or four years of supervised work experience in engineering and passing a professional practice examination.
* Supervisory and senior positions in this unit group require experience.
