According to a research done by <place wst="on"><placename wst="on">Beijing</placename><placetype wst="on">University</placetype></place>, there are 30 per cent of young graduates can’t find a job in last year. This phenomenon, which may result in a number of side-effects such as crimes, has been increasingly enhancing public awareness. In this essay, I aim to probe into the problem from diverse angles, figure out the underlying factors, and set forth some effective measures.

<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Bookman Old Style";">

<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Bookman Old Style";">What are the reasons of youth unemployment? An array of integrated factors accounts for it. Here I would analyze a few of the most significant ones. The first causative factor is the increasing enrollment of universities. With the purpose of promoting citizens’ education level, universities in <place wst="on"><country-region wst="on">China</country-region></place> enroll more students than ever before. As a result, there are far more competitors than job vacancies. That is to say, youngsters have to face more fierce competition in job-hunting. Also, lack of work experience is another contributing factor. Usually, employers consider that young students just finished their education; they don’t have enough practical experience to handle the difficulties in the ‘real world’. In this case, employers prefer to hire the ones who have working experiences. Most importantly, the fundamental factor is the high demands of universities students. For illustration, most young people don’t accept a low-paid job; because they think their education deserve a more promising post. In fact, however, the job vacancies for young people can’t meet their excessive high demands.

<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Bookman Old Style";">

<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Bookman Old Style";">Confronted with such a thorny issue, what actions shall we take? From my point of view, there are some feasible steps as follows. First and foremost, government should set up some organizations, in order to provide job market information and guidance to young graduates. This kind of organizations can help young students to make decisions of how to start their careers, which is very important to them. Moreover, youngster can try to find more part-time jobs during their education periods. A part-time job can not only provide them money, but also the significant experience, which is quite helpful in job-hunting. Lastly, young people should adjust their demands. Salary and wage is not the first thing they consider. Instead, promoting and training opportunities are more crucial for their lives.

<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Bookman Old Style";">

<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Bookman Old Style";">When the community is fully aware of the severity, and carries out impactful countermeasures, I firmly believe that we can reduce the youth unemployment. So let’s join hands to make a better job-hunting environment, a bright future, both for youngsters and the country!

启德雅思学员 罗晓丹9月2日7分作文

In recent years, whether advertisements should be directed at children or not has become a controversial issue. Advertisers claim that their advertisements can give useful information to children. However, opponents argue that advertisements will make children feel pressured. First of all, advertisements will have a negative impact on children and become an obsession to them because children are too young to tell right from wrong. Secondly, most of the products shown on TV or newspapers are toys and snacks which cannot help much for children. What’s worse, too much advertisement may cause psychological problems. Children may become greedy and their vanity grows. Children would like to own the product to compete with their peers when their attention are caught and tempted by the deliberate advertisements.

From my point of view, advertisements directed at children should be limited and strictly supervised so that children can get rid of the pressure focused on them. Therefore, job hunting has become a heated topic among school graduates and people in human resource management. In this case, job satisfaction, an important indicator of a “good” job, is often taken into consideration by those people when they look for or offer a job. In this passage, I intend to analyze the diverse factors giving rise to job satisfaction and discuss the reality of expecting job satisfaction.

Among so many factors, compensation system makes the most contribution to the job satisfaction. People in the HR department try every means to improve their compensation system in order to attract the attention of the most suitable and talented candidates for their organization. A high salary will make the job look more challenging, thus triggering the candidates’ desire to apply for the job, and adequate number of days of paid leave will enable potential employees to believe that the recruiter deeply concerns their welfare. As to the employees, they hold the belief that a decent pay indicates their achievements in the job. According to an interview done by the HR specialists, they are more satisfied when they receive better pays and are in higher posts though the job means more stressful. Besides the compensation system, job environment is another attribute that we cannot lose sight of. Equipments of advanced technologies enable staff to have better working environments and higher productivities, which in turn increase their job satisfaction and improve their company’s profitability and competency in the market. Moreover, lighting is also an issue in job environment. Appropriate lighting can reduce job fatigue and stress and also increase the job satisfaction.

The expectation of job satisfaction benefits two parties, namely the recruiters and the employees. Expecting job satisfactions properly facilitates an HR manager to make up the job description of the vacancy. Moreover, appropriate estimation of the job satisfaction helps the superiors to do the performance appraisals of the subordinates more systematically at the end of the year. While for the employees, estimating their job satisfaction fosters the design of their career paths. If the job satisfaction of a job is expected to be low for a staff, he will know the work is no longer suitable for him and thus change a job, which wastes neither his nor his employer’s time.

In a nutshell, though people will never come to the same conclusion on the job satisfaction, as a problematic issue, my opinion is that it should be contributed by the compensation system and working environment and people can benefit from proper expectation of the job satisfaction.
