现在我们可以不用通过与人面对面接触的方式进行一些日常工作，如进行银行交易，购物和商业活动。讲一下这个总体上对个人和社会带来的影响！大概是这个意思。也就是说现在你可以通过上网进行购物，通过上网进行远程学习或是通过视屏和公司员工开会等等，这些有什么好处和坏处！
