University graduates are justifiably be rewarded for what they have achieved. [/font]

When it comes to the influence on the young people these days, media have to take the responsibility on its part. Internet, TV, and movies are all windows for the children to get to know about the outside world. However, the information they convey are often flooded with violence without any proper guidance, Therefore, young people are much likely to materialize wrong values.
On the other hand, the practical environment plays a significant role in the growth of a child Unfortunately, parents who are usually know as the first teacher of their children are confronted with great pressure from work and society and thus pay little attention to the young, who are in great need of instruction at the crossroad of their life. Lake of necessary care and guidance, young people may turn to crime to catch attention.
Since young people are the future of our society, some measure s have to be taken to help them walk through the valley of shadow of death . First the government can help. It should regulate the programs broadcasted on TV or radio and make sure that children can watch different programs under appropriate guidance, especially when they are something about violence. Second, the society should offer the young people a diversity of recreational activities to fulfill their life and give a hand when they accidentally make mistakes. Most importantly ,it’s high time that parents got liberation from their heavy work and went back home to have a deep talk with their lovely children . What the young really need is the unconditional love and care from their parents.
If all mentioned above is done, the prospect of a decline in juvenile delinquencies is far from dim . We shall own a society full of sincerity and love.
