[size=12pt]I [/size][size=12pt]would like to let out my single room in [/size][size=12pt]Grosvenor Place[/size][size=12pt] (M1 7HR)[/size][size=12pt], since my family members are coming. The [/size][size=12pt]room is quite close to almost all the establishments such as the John Rylands Library, the Student Union, the International Society etc(within ten minutes’ walk). The contract will expire on September 13[/size][size=12pt],[/size][size=12pt] 2008 and [/size][size=12pt]I can move out as early as possible [/size][size=12pt](prefer[/size][size=12pt]ably in[/size][size=12pt] December [/size][size=12pt]or[/size][size=12pt] January). This room is only available for a registered female student of[/size][size=12pt] the[/size][size=12pt] University[font=宋体] of Manchester[/font].[/size]
[size=12pt]The rental is 72 pounds per week including utility bills and internet fees. The shared kitchen is equipped with refrigerators, fridges, microwave[/size][size=12pt]s[/size][size=12pt], a water heater, ovens[/size][size=12pt] and [/size][size=12pt]grills [/size][size=12pt]etc[/size][size=12pt]. Apart from that, three showers and three toilets are available.
