请高人指点，我复议希望大么？
我在11月3日考试的成绩刚出来，感觉作文成绩与我自己预想的有差距，而且我总成绩到了7，仅仅作文差0.5分没有过。我把考场上的写作大概回忆了下来，希望版主和各位雅友能帮我看看是否还有复议的希望~~~~而且我实在想不出来最大的问题在哪里！

do u agree or disagree?
Recently, there have been a hotly and widly debated issue that whether governments should pay for any one’s college tuition. Although this policy can benefit the whole society, there still exsit some one opositing it, as afraid of huge expenses. For my part, I absolutely agree with this point of view.
Free education will allowed more teenagers involving into further study. In my country, there always exist agreat number of students fail to get into university for they can’t afford the high education fees. Therefore, college tuitions have been obstacles of preventing gift students who can’t pay for it get into further study.
On the other hand, it is government’s function and responsibility to enhance justices and fairness of societies. Governments should provide equal opportunities of entering into colleges, no meter whether they are wealthy enough or not. Every students should be entitled the right to access to universities. Hence, governments should enhance the equal opportunity to get further studies by paying for their tuition fees.
It is interesting that the ones who pay for the expenses are not governments themselves, but people. All government expenses are acquired from earnings and consuming of us. Therefore, she or he should get the same opportunity to access to education services.
Thus, the high expenses should not be the issue. Education are shown to have more outcomes than other kinds of investments, and those who want to get college education should have the opportunity to do so. 我和楼上的情况差不多哦，也是打算复议！！
