请教老师，学校这个回复是什么意思？
我申的是流行病by research，学校现在回复里有这么一段，It could be useful to get some public health or epidemiological training before conducting this research - we have a Masters in Public Health and an MSc in Epidemiology at the University of Nottingham, so you could do one of these part time for a year, followed by the research project这是要求我必须在research前上一年专业的master吗？？还仅仅是建议，我可以不接受？
