一篇关于跳槽及解决办法的作文，麻烦来改下错
Under 20th century, people always spended many time to find work, and can not enjoy the real wages. They had to parade for their life. But a lot of people did not want to change a job. Now it just is leave-somebady-is-position-to-work-elsewhere. Why is it happened?Why are there many people should change work, nowdays? I think that there are fire main resons. The first, everybody have theirself dreams or hopes, but they don't under stand this world and their society. Computer and the Internet have been invented by scientists. It let us spend a little time what can know everyhing about our world. Maybe we would look at the job what can get our dreams, and give up the former job. The second, the heavy pressure form society. People's competition realize have became more and more strong, people should keep skill fresh and up to date acclimatize themselves to the rapidly changing society. The third, everybody needs developing, hope be promoted and displace knowledge. If their former job could not get those, we would think about to change a job in other company. The fourth, there is a kind of people in this world, they do not care where working and what is job, they just want know how much that they can make. The last, somebody very love their famile. If our spouse working in other address or our children need to studying in other place, we would change their former job.
How do we settle this question ? what is this solution? I think there are three ideas. The first about personal, we should rational understand what is work, as usual, stability equals success. Heary ford had said," Nothing is particularly had if you divide it into small jobs. " The next about government and mass media , I think they should encourage people to standing at once place, and get their business. The goverment should as increase welfare as possible, and they should improve cities and community are environment . I think these can keep talented people. The last about the companys, I think they should increase staff is wage ,and made a good working economic for employee. They should attention staff is developing, increase employee is training and enlarge employee is knowledge.
In concoction, I think the talented person is the most important property in 20th century, we should keep them .
