请教郝老师关于495申请RSMS项下PR准备材料的问题
郝老师,您好!我是495签证,在NSW,程序员.我的雇主已担保我申请RSMS项下PR,现已获得RCB的认证.本来想请律师代办申请,但我们这里华人很少,根本没有华人律师。所以只能自己办.我看了47ES表. 有几个问题想请教您:
1.在澳洲境内的无犯罪证明是不是就让我们当地的警察局出具,还是须由其他指定机构出具?
2.要求提供的材料都是certified copy,所谓certified是不是要公证的?在澳洲哪些机构可以出具这些certified文件?我在申请495时已经向移民局提供了如学历,结婚证等的公证(国内的公证书)材料,这次还要再提供相同的东西吗?能豁免吗?
3.我在网上查到495申请RSMS有两次缴费(我妻子英语恐怕不够functional),所以是不是要交纳第二次费用?如须交纳,我是在递交申请时就交?还是等审批部门的通知我再交?
4.材料准备好后，是不是就用特快专递递送相关DIAC,就可以了?

can I make both my wife's and my payments with one money order (or one cheque)?
or must pay separately? i.e. with two money orders (two cheques) at the value of AUD32.73 each?

I've got a sheet of police certificate from AFP(Australian Federal Police) this morining. some info in the certificate really confuses me.
it says:in the absence of fingerprints,positive identification cannot be established.
NOTICE:This document is only valid as at 20 May 2008.
if it is valid only as at 20 May 2008, I haven't lodged my visa application yet though. does it mean what i did for getting the "good conduct/character" certificate in vain? is this certificate so-called "no-criminal-records" certificate i can use to lodge the further visa application?
