Industry seems to be the core and most basic fundation for the GDPs and economics of most developing countries,for which industry skills modern technology together with eduactional levels are 2 critical points.There’s a debate about which one of those 2 we should give our priority to.For me,I hold the vie that we should put industy skills and modern technology as the first thing in our agenda.
The most direct explaination for that choice is money—which easier and fastlier brought by improving technology and industry skills is also actually good for eduaction at the same time.If look deep inside the problem ,we can see that the essense of the problem is to build a better industry to develop the country.Hence,education or technology and skills seems a choice of long-term or short-term profit.But what some people just can’t see is that---for developing countries,well educational intellectual resouces are easy to lost to developed countries with more money---the rule is---it is the intellectual resources go with money rather than the money go with resources.
The second reason we should highlight technology and skills is that:In history,to fill up stomach is always priority to fill up brain.And technology and skills are the most direct way for more money making.For developing countries,the dimensions of hungry people is still a acountable.Goverment apparently like see the rising of average income more than the rising number of university graduates.
Of course,the educational investment is based on a long term consideration for countries---next generation is the hope for the country.But maybe we should first think more about how to fill up the stomach of next generation.
Apparently,when both projects seem extremly critical,we have to compromise to our wallets today without forgetting to build up the educational fundation tomorrow.
