When a country suffers high unemployment rates, the government will be terribly busy
trying to keep the negative effects of unemployment under control. But such a situation does not
necessarily lead to an even worse situation---giving up secondary school education for most of the
people--- which appears more like a vicious circle.(53 words)
As everyone knows, primary school education usually provides the pupils with superficial
knowledge. The children spend so much of their school time learning to use their mother tongue
properly and understand simple math calculations, not to mention any know-how of finding a job.
It is true that the elementary school leavers are not readily prepared for job hunting. If they are
deprived of entering secondary schools, the majority of these teens will definitely have no
hope to make a living on their own. As a result, the unemployment rates will be pushed up.
For this reason, 6-year further schooling significantly functions to alleviate unemployment.

Admittedly the longer schooling, the more budget is needed. However, it is ridiculous to say there
is no point to provide a few more years of compulsory education. The earlier children enter
society, the higher unemployment rates show up, and consequently, more crimes are
committed. Is that your point to spend far more money on trying to chase up young criminals
and building more prisons than constructing schools to discipline the juveniles? (71 words)
While developed countries are looking for every means to cut down costs, developing countries
are starting to embrace their greatest strength---considerable numbers of cheap laborers. At the
beginning of the development, labor-intensive industries are established, and hence skilled
workers are demanded critically. When such a demand gets more selective and competitive, do
you still want to deny those aged about 12’s access to secondary school where students are old
enough to learn skills required in the job market? (79 words)
