你好！情况是这样的，我是主申请人，我先生的舅妈多年前就移民了加拿大，有加拿大的枫叶卡，但是舅父就已经去世多年。舅妈是在舅父去世以后才移居加拿大的。

请问这样的亲属关系，在加拿大技术移民中，我作为主申请人，可以获得加五分的机会吗？？

我们网站上对于“亲属加分”有明确的说明，您可以参见“瑞潮网”[URL=http://www.canadarite.com/]：（www.canadarite.com）[/URL]，点击首页上方的红色栏目中的“技术移民”栏目。然后，再点击其中的“适应能力的评分说明”一文，里面对于哪些亲属关系可以加分列得非常清楚。

凡是文章里没有提到的亲属，都是属于不可以加分的。

移民部网站上对于可以获得加分的“亲属关系“也有说明，但是，他们的用词比较含糊。比如说，他们说Aunt是可以加分的。但是，英文的Aunt可以包括阿姨，也可以包括舅妈。这样的解释比较模糊。是不符合移民法条款原文的。

如果移民部对法律条款的解释与我们网站对法律条款的解释有出入的话，请以我们的解释为准。因为，移民部网站对法律的解释，有时候是错的。我们的网站的解释，是对条款作过仔细的研究后才写的。而且，是中文的，便于您理解。事实上，执行法律的移民官，不会以移民部网站内容为准的。他们和我们一样，只看法律条款。

5．哪些亲属关系可以被视为是在加拿大有亲属而获得加分？

可获加分的亲属关系包括：叔/舅，姑/姨，兄弟/姊妹，子/女，侄子/侄女，外甥/外甥女。只要这些亲属中有人为加拿大永久居民或公民，您就可以得到这一项5分的加分。

主申请人的配偶有以上的亲属在加拿大，也可以为主申请人加5分。

瑞潮网站是这样说明的。“叔/舅”，那么舅妈，英文也可以是AUNT。

按照这样的解释，我这样的情况，可以获得加分吗？？

我们只说“叔/舅，姑/姨”，但是没有说“婶婶、伯母、舅妈、姑夫、姨夫”。这绝对不是写文章时的疏忽。而是因为，法律规定的亲属加分是以血亲为基础的。姻亲是不算在内的。

所以，您的舅妈是不能为您加分的。

请问钱律师，移民法律里面有关于亲属关系加分的情况，可以在加拿大的什么网站可以查到？

我浏览过加拿大大使馆的英文网页，上面也只是写着包括“AUNT”的亲属关系，照这样的理解，姻亲是可以的。

但是，我花了很多的工夫都找不到有关加拿大官方的移民法律网站有关我这个情况的加拿大亲属关系的相关官方解释。

那么我这样的情况,舅妈那里只能是给移民官算上一个印象分而已，对吗？？

还有，我老公考了一个在美国和加拿大I.T.计算机网络界的白金认证，CCIE （CISCO CERTIFICATE INTERNET WORKING EXPERT）虽然，不能获得加分，但是我想把证书也递上去，还有一点印象分吧？如果递上去的话，请问需要递原件还是复印件？

如果您从我们加拿大移民法的评分标准看，您就知道，现在的新移民法已经没有印象分了。所以，这些信息提供了也没有用。您是从那里听来的“印象分”？这在旧法中倒是有的。但是，现在已经取消了。

钱律师，我想问问新法所规定的亲属里面，有没有堂姐呢？我的堂姐-我爸爸哥哥的孩子，在加拿大，是否不算亲属关系呢？我一直比较疑惑。

(v) a child of their father or mother,（这是您的父母的孩子，即您的兄弟姐妹）

(vi) a child of the father or mother of their father or mother, other than their father or mother, （这是您祖父母的孩子，即，您的叔、伯、姨、姑）。

(vii) a child of the child of their father or mother（您父母的孙子、孙女、外孙、外孙女。即您的侄子、侄女、外甥、外甥女）

以上这些亲戚是可以加分的。除此之外，统统不算。

两个月前我去签证,移民官当时对我说他答应我了,把签证给我了,但是我的体检表过期了,所以要我重新做一份体检,他收到我的体检报告后就再次通知我去拿签证,后来,我收到了移民局寄出来的体检表,并且己经体检完毕,现在己经一个半月了,还没有消息,我想问下,这样还会不会有临时变卦的可能??听别人说,要是超过半年还没有通知的话,我还要做重新的申请,会不会这样?如果会的话,可是当时移民官己经答应我了呀!
