我记得在您课上有一个经典Not Given的例子，就是悉尼歌剧院的设计师发誓再不回到悉尼，题目是说：设计师再也没有回到悉尼。答案自然是Not Given。因为判断原则是因为原文只是第三者，或者名人之类的言论或观点。但是在剑桥雅思三G类Test A 第39题如下
39）Word population in the twenty-first century will probably exceed 8 billion.
文章的相关原文在P108最下面一段，摘录如下：
From a current base of 5 billion, the United Nation predicts that the global population will stablize in the twenty-first century between 8 and 14 billion, with more than 90 per cent of the projected increase taking place in the world's developing nations.
我觉得这也是第三方the United Nation预测结果，并非作者观点，所以我认为答案应该是Not Given，但是剑三书上的标准答案是Yes。我辗转反侧，依旧百思不得其解！
