That's a tough question. Given your other scores, and given that you feel you did quite well in the speaking test, you may have a chance of getting your score raised. The two mistakes you mention are certainly not 致命的错误。
On the other hand, asking for a re-marking is also a risk, and if your score is not raised you won't get your money back.
In the end, it's your decision. If you have the money to spare, you might as well try for a re-marking.
