如果7月顺利考到6.5，然后我交钱给中介，开始申请明年1月的课程，中间有5个月时间（申请学校，签证，公证等等，），这样的话，不知道时间是不是来得及。（如果来不及，那我现在就开始申请学校，一边准备雅思考试）
Officially that will be OK.
5 to 6 months may be enough for finishing those things. However you have to make sure everything under the control. Actually the process can not under your control but the stupid government and shit agency, I have to say you are taking risk, you will have no chance to make any mistake.
Therefore I still recommend you to apply earlier. To get a conditional offer before you get the results of Ielts will cost you nothing more, but earn you additional time. Conditional offer doesn't mean you have to apply for language school. To contact with the agency earlier will make you benefit, don't be lazy.
