请教填家属关系表的问题?

<P>在填写家属关系表时碰到一个问题, 家属关系表(IMM5406 Additional Family Information)是配偶也需要填写一份的,但是表格中SECTION A 中的Relationship这一列是固定不能变的, 依次为 Applicant/Spouse/Mother/Father, 如果当配偶填写时,那么:</P>
<P>Applicant --- 是填写哪个名字? (配偶 or 实际主申请人)</P>
<P>Spouse --- 是填写哪个名字?</P>
<P>Mother/Father --- 是填写谁的? (配偶 or 实际主申请人)</P>

<P>Both you and your spouse are applicant.  However, you are the Principal Applicant and your spouse is an applicant as a dependent family member.  </P>
<P>Therefore, on the spouse's Family Composition Form, the "Applicant" is your spouse himself and so on.</P>
