Some people think that old people should not be forced by law to retire at the age of 60~65 if they wish to continue working. Do you agree or disagree.
Nowadays old people who is at the age of 60~65 are forced by law to retire, which indicate that a majority of people believe that aged person can not be competent for the job, not only in physical aspect, but also in emotional and psychological. But in this essay, I will give my reason for why old people should not be forced by law to retire.
Firstly, experience, for which books are not proxy, is the most valuable part which a youth can get from a aged person. By that I mean, even if an old people who wish to continue working is not competent for his or her original work, he or she may continue to work as a consultant who youth can get advices from.
Secondly, the solution a older adopt to solve a problem is more appropriate. It is no denying that a young people are more easier to resort to more creative approaches. But sometimes the creative one does not work. Accordingly a company without older workers who have work in this areas for several years will be more easier to meet risks.
So in my opinion, old people who wish to continue working is benefit to his or her company. For a aged person there is more to work than just earning money. They will be more loyal and experienced than youngsters. The law which force old people to retire should be abolished.
