<P align=center> <STRONG>Space Travel</STRONG></P>
<P align=left>As the tremendous improvement happens in the science and technology, there are more space researches in space travel than before. Some people consider that traveling in space brings about positive effects not only to the human being but also to the process of the human civilization. While the others deem that befits, caused by the space travel, does not balance its cost. In my opinion, space travel is a controversial topic, which likes the coin has its two sides.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P align=left>In the one hand, from the resource point of view, space travel is a favorable way for scientists to find new energy resources. With the increase of the population, this world is lack of the resources increasingly, especially water and oil. Making good use of space can help us solve this emergent problem in the future. In the other hand, due to the space travel, the competition of science and technology between the different countries is more intensive. Consequently, human beings can enjoy the fruit, the technology gives us. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P align=left>However, space travel is out of realism. As everybody knows that, the money we should spend is an astronomical figure. Thus, a lot of governments have no more money to subsidize the poor. So the peace and the harmony of the society will be endangered. It is better for a government contemplate before investing.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P align=left>As what I have mentioned above, space travel has its benefits as well as its defects. So it needs our discussion and survey but not the abrupt conclusion.<o:p></o:p></P>
