Only we give people good reason to spend it that this part of money can take energy again to give an excitant to market. Space travel will be one of ideal reason. For example, aircraft industry earned more than hundreds billions for <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">America</st1:place></st1:country-region> economic every year. It indeed helped.</FONT></P>
