<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Since the Apollo landings on the Moon, many achievements in space have revolutionized humanity's view of the universe and have inspired the people around the world. Space travel seems to be more and more popular. But I don’t think it is a good thing for every person.<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Firstly, space travel cost an unimaginable number of money. It is indicated that one time of space travel should expend about 20 million dollars. In my opinion it is a huge waste of money. If we spend these money for the poor of the health, food, education and etc., there will be much more effect we can get than spend it for the space travel. And it also can make the society peaceful and stabile.<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Secondly, if so many people get to the space , there is a large waste of energy sources and also causes serious air pollution by launching rockets. Nowadays, the crisis of energy sources and the environmental protection are of more importance. You can see some countries are in the war because of energy sources pillage. In this situation, how can we use so much energy sources just to satisfy one’s desire of risk and curiosity?<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Thirdly, greedy and the desire of occupancy in the character of human being may destroy the balance of space. When a person get something, he always want to get more. On the earth, things like that happened frequently. I don’t hope this kind of things will happen in the space where is a pure land all the same.<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Therefore, in my opinion, considering of the content I’ve said upward, space travel is not fit for everyone. <o:p></o:p></FONT></P>
