WY51 Qu Changping 's Assignment 5.4
One of the most challenging problems now days is the shortage resource
of education and medical service in rural area.And one suggestion was
raised that we should create one mechanism under which fresh teachers
and doctors should be sent to and serve for the rural or suburban area
for a couple of years.Meanwhile , another voice could be heard that
enjoying fredom and making decision by oneself are one of the most
basic human rights one could possess . Personally , I admited, compared
with the second concern, that the first suggestion maybe work to
some extend , but it would result in other serious social problems
even. So the right of making one's own choice of career and destination
should still be protected and this is also helpful and constructive to
the whole society from my personal point of view .<br>

Firstly , let us suppose that , if the teachers and doctors are
delivered to the areas where they do not like at all,even one day
staying is painful to them , how could you expect they could supply
high quarlity of services ? Just as one old saying goes , " the heart
have gone far away from the body ". Every successful and contributive
activity are all based on love and passion. Without these important
factors , the only result is resources are wasted including materials
and human . <br>

Secondly,selecting the working place is not a personal decision
usually.After graduated from university or college , fresh young
teachers and doctors have many dreams of constructing their own
family. It is a very important and serious startpoint in their personal
life . How could you imagine the lovely couple will face the painful
seperating in line with the hard and unmerciful policy ? As we all know
, to make our life and society more and more harmony have been a common
sense . <br>

Besides this , fresh young teachers and doctors are lack experienced
when they just walk out the campus. Serving in big cities maybe helpful
to them to accumulate more experiences and to get matured fastly.Going
back to rural area with more working experience and adept skills should
be more helpful to fufuil the requirement for the rural and suburban
area . <br>

Certainly , respecting the individual's right of choice do not mean the
rural area have been forgetted .Several encouraging policies have been
released to promote the educaiton and medical resource could be get
commitment for rural areas . Such as attacted compensation package is
interesting to those who are willing to go to serve the rural area , no
matter he or she is fresh or experienced , do not this sound better ?<br>
