<P><FONT size=3>Nowadays, there are many problems of the education and medical system in the rural area. A declaration is about that every new teacher and doctor should start his career in the countryside in the first decade. It is ridiculous in my mind not only because everyone should have the freedom of choice on his job but also for that it is not even an availability solution.</FONT></P>
<P><o:p><FONT size=3></FONT></o:p></P>
<P><FONT size=3>First of all, social fresher have gained little practical experience to have the problem to which the public is pay attention solved. They have so many things to learn through individual practice after graduate. So, if the government compelled the young people to work in the countryside, it is just a waste of source in person with ability.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=3>Moreover, It is known that only a minority wants the job which in the countryside. Cause many things such as a well-paid job, working environment, workmates are consideration for choosing an employment. It is the reason why most of the people prefer to the busy city. Though the question we are talking about becomes more and more serious. We can’t make the people do an unwilling work that satisfies none of his requirements.</FONT></P>
<P><o:p><FONT size=3></FONT></o:p></P>
<P><FONT size=3>And the most important one is that everybody has his right to do the thing what they love to do. We should to respect every person’s willing. No help will be done if a person does something against his will. And it may be just the opposite to what one wishes. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=3>To sum up, it’s not an available method in my opinion and I’m strongly against that new teacher and doctor should work in the rural place for a few years just after their graduate.</FONT></P>
