But can you imagine working in a place that you do not like at all? Can you imagine being restricted for the need of rural areas’ development? It is true that villages’ public foundation should be improved, such as schools and medical facilities, but everybody also has right to decide their choice on their own. </FONT></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">Everything which will be completed successfully including the rural’s development should be based on people’s will. Having people do those which go against their aspiration can hardly get a fine result In the history river of people, we can easily find the instance showing that point, like Qi dynasty’s overturn in China and the death of Hitler in western. Therefore, education and mechanical facilities of the country may be improved unless new teachers and doctors have strong willed and positive passion to work there.</FONT></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">And a few years’ work of new teachers and doctors may disturb the rhythm of development and the stable situation of rural area. Because these people are new ones who are full of variety and it is just a few years that they will work there. That means most these people will leave the country to seek better life in cities. Their coming and leaving may lead to unstableness and the short of continuance which do harm to develop of villages and may even make them fall back. </FONT></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">Lacking experience may give rise to low efficiency and incompetent of these new teachers and doctors. These people have no good for rural areas’s improvement as them can not solve some basic problem such as how to organize more vivid class and chooseing which prescription is more affordable for people living in village. So too much new ones going to work in the country is not a wise program.</FONT></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">To sun up, everyone should have free and right to work in any place which he want to. And the development of rural area need the young having knowledge to contribute their passion and great effort.   </FONT></P>
