<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">The distribution of social resources is argued to be in an unequal situation   when compared between the rural areas and cities , especially when it comes to the problems of education and medicine . Although the argument that everyone is endowed with the right and liberty to choose his/her ideal job seems plausible , it is crucial for new teachers and doctors to work in countryside for a few years, which is not only beneficial for the whole society , but also an independent experience for the teachers and doctors themselves.   <o:p></o:p></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Both the problems of education and the treatment are considered to be most urgent ones for people living in the rural areas , so the government should arrange teachers and doctors to these areas to alleviate these urgencies . the facts that the serious patients can not be supplied with proper treatments in time and children are not able to be educated in good schools have become the biggest concerns of the present-day society . poverty should not be the reason why they lose the rights to have good medical and educational circumstance ,but the reality never satisfied their requirements , only making their lives much harder.<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Only when the residents have received fine educations and treatments, the undeveloped districts can be prosperous . Since there exists such an obvious gap lying between the rural and the urban parts of the nation, one of the sufficient methods to narrow the gap seems to be enhancing the quality of educational and medical conditions. To sent teachers and doctors there can bring the certain area knowledge and medicine, meanwhile spreads the new skills and ideas to these areas, so that they can produce a bit more prosperity. <o:p></o:p></FONT></P>Besides, from the respect of the individual of the teachers and doctors, the mercy and consideration towards the poor are called for by the mortality their occupations. No student or patient can be regarded to be different from another for them, that is to say, no matter where he/she lives, whether he/she is poor or rich, they should be passionate to him/her. As more reports are telling the cases that the doctors and teachers are apathetic or ill-mannered to their patients or students, it is  in great need for the government to assign every new doctor and teacher to the poorer places to awake their self-consciousness for their sacred jobs, this can , at the same time , settle the urgent requirement for the social resources.
