<P><B>Of course it is everybody’s liberty to choose their way of life including their jobs. Nevertheless do you really choose to work in rural areas rather than in urban areas? And can you really abandon the comfort and do not mind your families’ opposition? The answers will seldom be yes. That is why I am inclined to agree that teachers and doctors should be asked to work in rural areas.<o:p></o:p></B></P>
<P><B>Obviously, this problem that few new teachers or doctors would like to work voluntarily in rural areas is a direct cause of the disparity especially the education and medical facilities between countryside and cities in recent years. It cannot bring high-speed development without good education for the children and the youth who is the future of society and it will lead to vicious circle that most people well educated from the poor areas will choose to go out not only for better jobs but also for better life and more opportunities.<o:p></o:p></B></P>
<P><B>On the other side, it is more competitive in cities for new teachers and doctors because of their poor experience. It will take them much time to get a position on their jobs in the urban areas, but they can completely display themselves in the countryside. So the new teachers or doctors maybe have more developing space, which is helpful for their individuality, and it can encourage them to work harder.<o:p></o:p></B></P>
<P><B>I believe that the people in the rural areas have the equal opportunities on education, medical facilities or others. We live in the same country. It is the responsibility for people from developed areas to help the developing areas, which coincides with policy of our country. So many universities ask their graduated students whether or not choose to work in the west of China developing the education or basic facilities.<o:p></o:p></B></P>
<P><B>Overall we can see that new teachers and doctors working in rural areas for a few years not only is good for these areas’ development but also bring some benefits to themselves.<o:p></o:p></B></P>
