<p>17/06/2006 A类阅读回忆 青岛考的 </p><p>S1 讲的是关于ambergris龙涎香和Amber琥珀的，机警里有，但是不全。<br/> 第一段 说 ambergris这个东西很久以前有了， 然后说ambergris的用途有 for medicine， spice，用来制作perfume 什么的 等等（有题，matching）。 然后说但是人们不知道它是从哪里来的。再就是说在古代it worth in weight in gold，当然是贵了。<br/> <br/> 第二段是说以前人们一直把ambergris和amber当作一种东西。 但是有个叫Dick 什么的写了一本书 讲了这两个东西的区别什么的（有题，matching）<br/>说ambergris 通常发现在海面或者shore，但是仍然不知道是从哪里来的。 Amber哪是一种minial什么的，与松树pine有关， 然后说了amber的一些特性 hard， transparent， 等等，用来做装饰品 头上啊什么地方， 同样 very costly。（有题，maching）</p><p> 第三段说的是ambergris是与sperm whale的intestine肠子里的消化digest 某种东西有关。（以为intestine会有题，结果没有：（）提到了马可波罗，好像与这个发现有关（没题，当笑话好了）<br/> <br/> 第四段就是具体describe ambergris的产生过程了。（summary 题）大意是，sperm whale吃一种东西 叫 beaks of squalid， 肠子就消化，但是不能完全消化，就转化成了另一种东西，应该是体内的垃圾。这种垃圾是soft的，会被sperm whale 呕吐出来 be vomited up。 然后这种东西遇到空气就会变硬 hardens， 于是就形成了 ambergris了，也解释了为什么ambergris总在海面和shore被发现。<br/> <br/> 第五段 说人们为了获得ambergris而捕杀sperm whale 导致了濒临灭绝。给了一个数据 说in 20th century， 90% ambergris was made in the processing of killing sperm whale。（有题， TFNG）ambergis was still the most expensive product in the whole body of sperm whale，大意是这样的。 于是人们就开始采取措施保护sperm whale， 在工业生产中采用了很多ambergris的替代品，例如香水制造业中就用了某种东西<br/>代替了ambergris。<br/> <br/> 可能还有第六段把， 呵呵 不记得了，就是说 sperm whale的数量会有recover的那么一天，没题。</p><p>matching A only ambergris B only amber C both D neithe<br/> <br/> 1 very expensive C<br/> <br/> 2 use in medcine A<br/> <br/> 3 use as currency D<br/> <br/> 4 refers to in a Book written by Dick xxx C<br/> <br/> 5 could be seen through B</p><p>summery </p><p>ambergis的形成步骤 6 sperm whale 吃下去 beaks of squalid， 7 然后 xxx be vomitted up， <br/>8 hardens when exposure on air</p><p>TFNG</p><p> 9 20th century most ambergris was made in the processing of killing of sperm whale。 T<br/> <br/>10 Ambergris‘s cost increased recently。 NG</p><p>11 ambergris still remains in the profmue making。 F</p><p>12 forgot</p><p> S2 机警 讲英国儿童缺乏锻炼的问题</p><p> 第一段 说 Doctor worried about the children‘s future health。 A professor Armstrong form Exxster Universcity，说这些不好的living style， 什么 watching TV， 玩游戏什么的 会影响他们的健康。</p><p> 第二段 说 这个 Exxtster大学成立了一个研究小组对孩子的活动进行研究，结果 一个 cholxxxx level， 胖人的含量比瘦人的高。。Armstrong说 Heart is a muscle and need excrise 否则就不好了。</p><p> 第三段 说英国的孩子在学校execrise比其他欧洲国家的孩子都少。英国的是每周1小时40分钟， 而其他国家的都是2个小时。所以 英国的学校开始增加了活动课程。还说 12%的boy和10%的女孩overweight， 他们cholxxxx level are two－thirds higher than standard。</p><p> 第四段 尽管英国的学校增加了活动课程， 但是专家们仍然不满意。 以armstrong为代表， 说学校开设的这些活动大多是参与性的<br/>participant只能在学校里execrise，而回家就没有机会了，所以应该建议多开展一些sustainable的活动比如 swimming，cycling等等。</p><p><br/> 第五段 具体不记得了一个组织开展活动， 比如跳绳，曾经狠流行的一个活动，现在有7000多个学校开始进行了。有一个 Kid xxx Ltd专门指导家长们如何组织孩子们进行健身活动。</p><p> 第六段 是一个另一个组织认为家长要起模范作用。比如走路去附近的shop而不是开车， 走楼梯而不是电梯， 多带这孩子参加活动。</p><p>Heading </p><p>A Health and living style</p><p>B Children Activity monitored<br/> <br/>C forget<br/> <br/>D School approach Wrong？ （顺序有点乱了）</p><p>YNNG </p><p>英国的孩子比其他欧洲的孩子运动少。 Y</p><p>男孩子的cholxxxx level 比女孩子的高。 NG</p><p> 跳绳开始流行了。 （选了NG， 后来想了想7000 schools啊 整天UK弹丸之地能有几个学校，应该是popular了， Y.）<br/> </p><p>According to xx组织， parents are now encouraging thier childern to do more activities。 NG</p><p><br/>MC </p><p>Health experts 关心的是什么？ </p><p>俺选的 future health</p><p>Armstrong 说了啥？ </p><p>俺选的 do more activities execrise heart 什么的</p><p>Kid xxx Ltd 的作用是什么？ 俺选 指导家长组织execrise club</p><p> xxxx 组织的spoken man说了啥？ 呵呵 忘记了<br/>这篇文章的主题是什么？ JJ lack of execrise cause corcern</p><p><br/> S3 语言变化 JJ</p><p> <br/> 第一段 说语言在变化， 但是there are still evidences to know the past pronounciation。 然后说语言的变化也是有规律可寻的。large－scale chage with language reuglarities are called sound laws。然后举large－scale chage的例子，比如 a 可以发o的音，b可以发p的音。</p><p> 第二段 是说移民对语言的影响。第一代移民由于其母语rooted deeply 所以有可能影响他们的第二外语 second language。而第二代移民则不会出现这个问题。而这种影响主要发生在联系密切的第一代移民之间。 举例 Walse －－welse就是这种影响的结果。</p><p> 第三段 说 fashion palys role。fashion也影响语言。 不同社会的阶层升降， 与之相对应的语言也会随之变化。</p><p> 第四段 说 另一种影响来自children can not imitate pronouniation perfectly。 由于父母发音的variation， dialect的影响。</p><p><br/> 第五段 说 principle of ease也是一个因素。 skampt 变成 skanpt 就是一个例子。</p><p> <br/> 第六段 说这种principle of ease 其实就是语言学里的assimilation 即 根据其后面字母的发音还改变该字母的发音，有时候还要省略<br/>掉 比如 christmas的t。还有一种assimilation是 省略 twice running字母的发音，例如temporary （r是twice running）， 所以in Britain<br/>temporary 就发成tempory了。</p><p><br/>Summary， JJ 上有 基本上是原因 sound laws， fashion（not sure有没有这个空）， children， principle of ease</p><p><br/>TFNF </p><p>skanpt 比 skampt发音简单。 T</p><p> </p><p>有一种语言变化的比其他语言大的多。 NG<br/> <br/> </p><p> Certain English pronounciations are difficult to all children to intimate。 F（回来想想应该是 NG把）</p><p> </p><p>xxxxx（某个单词）的拼写将会发生变化。 F<br/> <br/> </p><p>Temporary 这个单词 不会 reflects on its prouounciation。 NG （不sure，因为最有一句说的是 in Britain， Temporary的发音<br/>变成了tempory， 但是其他英语国家就不知道了。呵呵）</p><p><br/>Matching A large－scarle change B other language influence， C principle of ease D forgot ^_^</p><p><br/> a 发 o 音节把 可能是这个 A</p><p> Walse 变成了Wels B<br/> <br/> Christmas的t不发音 c</p>
