Interesting question, and difficult to answer because I can't see the future. But my best
estimate is that in a year and a half the demand will only just be starting to be met, in 3
years the immigration policies might change. But honestly no one knows.

Griffiths is in Brisbane, my old home, and I am more familiar with it. It has a wonderful
environment and there is accomodation in the city that will be only a short bus ride from
the University campus. All Aussie universities are roughly the same quality for schooling,
the question you need to ask is what city do you want to live in first, Brisbane is good.
