Dear IELTS candidate
There are major changes to the way IELTS is being administered from 1st February 2003.Please read the following carefully.
1.There is a new application form which contains information about your rights and a declaration form which you must sign.As you have already completed an application form,you only have to read the page called .......
2.Your photo must be a recent one that resembles you.A copy of this photo will be scanned onto your test report form.your ielts test results.
3.The test in New Zealand will be held on the [B][U]same day [/U][/B]and the[U] same time[/U] as one in
   CHINA,using the [B][U]same test versions[/U][/B].
  Therefore,1.in Dunedin the listening test will start at 1:00 pm on Saturday,followed by Reading and Writing
                  2.you will not be allowed to leave the test room until Listening,Reading and Writing have been completed
                  3.you will not be allowed to use a cellphone during the break between Reading and Writing
