移民后读书申请相当于当地的学生，但英语如果不是你的first language ，那就要提供ielts之类的成绩证明。
“English Proficiency
All applicants whose first language is not English must be able to provide recent evidence that their spoken and written command of the English language English Language Proficiency is adequate for entry into the programs within UNSW.
Please Note:
Local Students are those students who are Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens.
International students are those students who are citizens of a country other than Australia or who are New Zealand permanent residents.“
