2008年1月19日翡翠冰糖雅思考试预测 本预测适用于亚太地区，包括中国大陆地区，港澳台地区，澳洲及日韩等。
1月12日考试回顾： 听力二旧,
Section2=V50110S2，Section4=V30081S4，难度不大，但是听力要注意语速。
阅读有两旧，第一篇Crowding and Density，第三篇公司Innovation。 写作题目： 小作文：图标，加拿大、德国、uk三个国家从1980到2000到2030（预测）的全国人口年龄在65岁以上的比例。
大作文：有人说为了减少crime，应该longer prison sentences，有人说，应该有更多的alternative ways to reduce crime。评论2种观点，再说你的观点。
口语基本都是老话题而且在以前的预测中均提到过。总体来说口语方面看机经还是比较有用的。
1月19日考试展望：
听力全新的机率占10%，二旧二新及一旧三新各占35%，三旧一新占20%。
写作预测仍以社会热点问题及教育为题为主，还要注意一下图标题。具体可以联系到环境保护，污染，新旧事务对比，以及社会变化问题（可能是图表，给出数据，分析对比）。
阅读预测也很大可能会有旧题出现，有时间也可以浏览一下07年阅读机经。
口语看预测及机经还是很有用的。
