warwick的conditional offer签证问题
收到warwick的conditional offer,有两个con（offer上的原话）
1.Resitting IELTS and achieving 7.0.If you do not achieve this we reserve the right to require or recommend that you attend pre-sessional course.
2.Completing your Degree.Please confirm by arranging the completion of the enclosed'Certification of Result' card.
关于第一个con,我现在的ielts是6，打算5月31再考，但没有把握。问过小米，可以申10周语言。现在的问题是这个conditional offer并没有明确的写配10周语言。要是用这个con-offer+语言offer申请签证能行吗？
关于第二个con,因为学位怕是要6月中下旬才拿得到，而语言课程7月14号就开课，意味着我现在就得申请签证。这个问题怎么解决呢？
