题目：Figures show that some countries have an ever-increasing proportion of the population who are aged 15 or younger. What do you think the current and future effect of this may be for those countries.
正文：
According to certain research, the proportion of younger people aged 15 or even younger is presenting an increasingly upward trend in some countries, especially in developing ones, which may definitely bring about certain effects both in nowadays and in a long run.
Firstly, in terms of short-term effect, the increasing percentage of youngsters may means that the need for education is much more than ever before. It requires that government should exert its utmost to improving education level not only by enhancing teaching facilities but also by training more qualified teachers. So that not only students from rich families could receive higher education, but also those from rural areas, could have equal chance to be educated. For another, ever-increasing youngsters may add risk of juvenile delinquency. Especially those who are living in divorced families, for lack of enough care from parents, they are likely to be misled to break law, such as stealing, bullying others and even taking drugs, which may give rise to social chaos, to certain extent.
Secondly, considering youngsters being the main force in labor market, they may push forward one country to achieve economic development and social improvement in a long run. In other words, youngsters as the hope of our future, if well- educated and informed, they can contribute more to the prosperity of a country.
To sum up, though the increasing number of youngsters may bring about certain social problem and put more pressure on government, we should hold an optimistic view for its positive effect in a long run.
