who will sit in IELTS on 01/24/03 in CHCH?

The Southern Language School (SLS)  will send its all of the students in 14 IELTS classes to Ploytechnic, my best friend, who is studying in SLS, told me last night.

However, my language school, the uni language center has booked IELTS on 04/14/03 for us, EAP course students,that could be mean we have to anticipate in IELTS  on that date as a group.  

I have no idea about that, because before joining the EAP course, we have sealed an agreement with uni language centre-----------no one can change the test date except you abandon your EAP course.

How do you guys consider this movement which is designed by language school, arranging all the students sit in test at the same day as a group.
