In modern society, television has invisual disadvantage and advantage to adults and children. However， because of both physical and mental condition, it is more difficult to control influence of tv just under the positive standard to children.ffice

The long-term effects kids receive from tv can be demonstrated as follows. Applied injection of information of the community which is out of children’s sight is an effective means to bring up kids’ ability to access unknown world. Without tv, the window of children’s eye’s maybe their parents’ eyes; the key of children’s ears maybe his friends’ ears; therefore they can be surrounded by a lot of perplexing concepts. Synchronized with various culture, from tv programs while they are at childhood, their ideas are fresher and can help dig out their potential talent. Better language ability nowadays also owes to their listening to more standard and formal expression from national children’s channel.
Nevertheless, disadvantage is shadow of advantage. Unsusal negative images are very possible to embed in children’s mind. For attracted by bright color and interesting changes on the screen, it is far from easy for children to choose what they need. From spychologists’ statistic in 2003, 78% in children who got autism lack of communication with result from only keeping receiving from TV
To keep children inside enthusiastic effect is a matter wich is consisted of several joint. parents should guide children to pick up what they should watch and assist them to build up sense of right and wrong. Special regulation should be prepared to make tv shows appear for reasonable time and meet our special audience’s need. It is impossible for anyone to only keep the essence, yet, we are not unable to decrease the harmful effect to the lowest level.
